ESL/IELTS Instructor
Hilal Ay graduated from Bogazici University, Turkey as an ESL instructor and has been working since 2013. She has her CELTA in 2016, and she’s been working with adult learners since then. She has a passion for teaching and considers motivation as the key factor in learning languages. Being a native Turkish speaker, English is her second language. She is also fluent in Italian and Greek. She says: “Since I have learned foreign languages myself, I know what my students need in order to be fluent in English.” She highlights the importance of using fun in her classroom and makes sure her students feel comfortable to communicate with her. She lives in Samos, Greece.
